Report by independent auditor We have audited the profit and loss statement prepared by the Communications Museum Foundation for the period ending December 31, 2005 in which the assets and resources coincided with a final sum of HUF 113 634 000 and the profit according to the balance sheet was HUF 2 042 000, as well as the supplementary appendix showing profit for 2005 and the public service report contained in the simplified annual report of public service for 2005 prepared by the organization being audited. The Foundation report for the period ending December 31, 2004 was audited by Audit Plusz 2000 Ltd, which provided it was a certification clause dated March 29, 2005. Preparing the annual report is the responsibility of management. The responsibility of the auditor is to provide an opinion of the annual report on the basis of an audit of the books after determining whether the business report and the annual report coincide. We performed the audit based on Hungarian national accounting standards and audits, in conformity with the laws and other regulations valid in Hungary. Based on the above, during the planning and completion of the audit we are charged with obtaining appropriate evidence that the annual report does not contain any significant erroneous statements. The audit we complete includes sampling the receipts that were used to support the actual numbers in the annual report. In addition, it includes the accounting principles used and an evaluation of the more significant estimates made by management as well as an evaluation of the presentation of the annual report. We firmly believe that the work offers an appropriate foundation for providing an auditor’s clause (opinion). Clause/opinion: During our audit we investigated the Communication Museum Foundation’s simplified annual report, its details and items, and the accounting and receipt supports in conformity with valid national auditing standards, and in doing so we obtained sufficient and satisfactory certitude that the simplified annual report was prepared in conformity with the accounting act and general accounting principles. In our opinion, the simplified annual report - insofar as the coinciding final sum of the assets and resources was HUF 113 643 000 and the profit was HUF 2 042 000 - the Foundation offered a reliable and true picture of the assets of the Communications Museum Foundation as of December 31,2005, and of its financial and income position. The public service report is in conformity with the data of the simplified report.
