Opinion of supervisory board The supervisory board reviewed the report for 2005 of the Communications Museum Foundation and approved the auditor’s report. The Foundation report conforms to the specifications of the Accounting Act. The Supervisory Board of the Communications Museum Foundation approved the report for 2005. Budapest, March 28, 2006 Mrs. Gergely Kovács The work plan of the Communications Museum Foundation for 2006 Administration and business management The retiring manager, author of this report, shall transfer the management tasks to her successor before January 15, 2006, the start of her pre-retirement notice period. It is worth focusing on financial and business tasks - including medium-term tasks and plans for caretaking, maintenance, renovation, and investment operations - to establish the current status for the future director. As part of this, a complete monitoring of assets and fire and occupational safety for the foundation and both museums including all elev­en exhibition sites and six warehouses is in order. If Magyar Telekom can offer an appropriate place and sufficient funding, moving the telecom warehouse out of the Gyáli Road facility should be a priority task, as should replacing the fire protection equipment at the Stamp Museum - if the Hungarian Postal Services can provide the funding. Sale of the building housing the Postal Museum raises two alternative administrative tasks. Both the continuation of the lawsuit and any possible out-of-court settlement make it necessary for us to prove that the works of art and applied art used as the interior decoration of the building are an inseparable part of the building that were completely ignored when appraising the building itself.
