Metanotal dorsellum semi-circular in shape, weakly reticulated, without discernible foveae on sides. Propodeum flat, almost smooth, with weak alutaceous or striate reticulation. Median carina narrow, slightly raised, with narrow channels on either side. Propodeal calli with about 2 long and 8 short setae each. Spiracular elevations of propodeum robust, triangular in shape. Trace of lateral propodeal sulcus incomplete, delimited by row of meshes only along supracoxal flange. Supracoxal flange of moderate size. Fore and mid femora 3.7, hind femur 2.66 times as long as broad; fore tibia about 6.75, mid tibia 7, hind tibia 5.4 times as long as broad; mid and hind tibiae haired with short setae. Fore tarsi in ratio: 4/5/4/8, mid tarsi in ratio: 7/5/5/9, hind tarsi in ratio: 7/5/4/9.5. Spur of fore tibia short, spur of mid tibia 1.4 times as long as breadth of tibia, spur of hind tibia 0.7 times as long as breadth of tibia. Fore tibia with a short apical spine. Fore wing 2.2 times as long as broad, costal cell bare, 6.8 times as long as broad, submarginal vein with 2 setae on its dorsal surface before "break", where it meets parastigma; marginal vein very slightly shorter than costal cell, postmarginal vein 0.6 times as long as stigmal, represented mostly by elongate stigma; speculum open below, cubital hairline varies from 1-2 to 10 setae; fringe of apical margin as long as thickness of marginal vein at its middle part. Gastral petiole strongly transverse, reduced to a narrow band. Gaster ovate 1.1-1.3 times as long as broad. First tergite haired with 2^1 setae on sides. Description of male. Length 2.2 mm. Differs from female in the following.
