Body bright golden green, except for white extreme tips of femora, their first three tarsi, mid and hind tibiae, outer and inner surface of fore tibiae. Hind and mid tibiae rarely with a small dark spot basally. Antennae dark brown with weak green metallic tint. Wings hyaline, venation of wings light brown. Gaster sometimes with copper tint, oval membranous area adjacent to the petiolar emargination at first tergite light. Head in dorsal view 2.3 times as broad as long; ocelli of moderate size; POL 2.6 OOL. Occipital margin weakly carinated. Hind ocelli separated from eye by distance 1.25 times as long as their own major diameter, and from occipital margin by half of their major diameter. Eyes poorly pubescent with very short sparse setae. Head in frontal view 1.24 times as broad as high. Frontal fork reduced, but its arms hardly visible among meshes of reticulation. Face homogeneously reticulated. Smooth interscrobes narrow. Eye width/interocular distance in ratio 12/28. Face with one row of regular setae along eye orbits. Breadth of oral fossa about 3.5-4.0 times as long as malar space, 1.86 times as long as produced anterior margin of clypeus. Eye height about 3 times as long as malar space. Antennae inserted at the level of ventral eye margins. Scape without radicle 3.66 times as long as broad, 0.9 times as long as eye height, with one row of setae along its ventral margin; combined length of pedicel and flagellum 0.84 times as long as breadth of head; pedicel 1.75 times as long as broad, 0.7 times as long as 1st funicular segment. The latter 2.5-3.0 times as long as broad, 1.25-1.66 times as long as second. The last twice as long as broad. Third funicular segment slightly longer than second, twice as long as broad. Clava two-segmented, with short apical spine, 3 times as long as broad. Thorax (without propodeum) 1.26 times as long as broad. Pronotal collar hardly margined, its border not carinated. Mesoscutum almost 1.84 times as long as broad, the parapsidal grooves represented by finer reticulation in upper part and by shallow foveae in basal part; scutellum slightly longer than broad, 1.28 times as long as mesoscutum. Axillae with one seta each. Metanotal dorsellum semi-circular in shape, finely reticulated, without discernible foveae on sides. Propodeum flat, smooth. Median carina narrow, slightly raised, without channels on sides. Propodeal calli with about 1 long and 10 shorter setae each. Spiracular elevations of propodeum wide, with protuding ends. Trace of lateral propodeal sulcus incomplete: row of meshes stretching along supracoxal flange disconnected from adspiracular groove. Supracoxal flange narrow. Fore femur 4.3, mid femur 4.4, hind femur 3.3 times as long as broad; fore tibia about 8.25, mid tibia 10, hind tibia 7 times as long as broad; length of setae of mid and hind tibiae up to 1/2 of length of tibia. Fore tarsi in ratio: 4/5/4/9, mid tarsi in ratio: 10/7/6/7, hind tarsi in ratio: 7/7/6/8. Spur of fore tibia short, spur of mid tibia 1.5 times as long as breadth of tibia, spur of hind tibia 2/3 of breadth of tibia. Fore tibia with very short apical spine. Fore wing twice as long as broad, costal cell bare, 7 times as long as broad, submarginal vein with 2 setae on its dorsal surface before "break", where it meets parastigma; marginal vein as long as costal cell, postmarginal vein as long as stigmal, the latter represented mostly by elongate stigma; speculum open below, cubital hairline represented by about 7 setae; fringe of apical margin in lower part as long as, in upper part twice shorter than thickness of marginal vein at its middle part. Gastral petiole subconieal, 1/2 times as long as broad. Gaster about twice as long as broad. First tergite haired with 2-3 setae on sides. Description of female. Length 2.9 mm. Head in dorsal view 2.4 times as broad as long; ocelli small; POL 2.8 OOL. Hind ocelli separated from eye by distance 1.25 times as long as their own major diameter, and separated from occipital margin by half of their major diameter.
