Head in dorsal view 2.63 times as broad as long; ocelli small; POL slightly more than twice OOL (15/7). Occipital margin blunt, occipital carina very weak; hardly discernible in middle part, blunt laterally. Hind ocelli separated from eye by distance 1.74 times as long as their own major diameter, and separated from occipital margin by 3/4 of its major diameter. Eyes moderately pubescent, eye height 3.13 times as long as malar space. Head in frontal view 1.45 times as broad as high. Frontal fork absent, interscrobes hardly visible. Face homogeneously reticulated, clypeal surface smooth. Eye width/interocular distance in ratio 11/36. Face poorly setose along eye orbits. Breadth of oral fossa 4.4 times as long as malar space, 1.8 times as long as produced anterior margin of clypeus, the latter curved, delimited by with quite deep marginal groove. Antennae (Fig. 9) inserted at the distance somewhat above level of ventral eye margins. Scape slender, 5 times as long as broad, 0.8 times as long as eye height, its frontal margin with one row of short setae; combined length of pedicel and flagellum 0.8 times as long as breadth of head; pedicel 2.2-2.3 times as long as broad, 0.7 times as long as 1st funicular segment. The latter 2.5, second 2 times as long as broad, third slightly longer than broad, clava twice as long as broad. Thorax (without propodeum) 1.2 times as broad as long. Pronotal collar weakly carinated, mesoscutum 2 times as broad as long, the parapsidal grooves invisible; scutellum slightly longer than broad (length/breadth in ratio 32/30), about 1.4 times as long as mesoscutum. Axillae with one very short seta each. Metanotal dorsellum semi-circular in shape, coarsely reticulated. Pubescence of pronotal cal 1 i mainly lost. Propodeum flat, with weak alutaceous reticulation; median carina slightly raised, channels on its sides shallow. Spiracular elevations of propodeum robust, triangular in shape; trace of lateral propodeal sulcus incomplete, depression between the spiracle and submedian area wide, shallow and not margined; supracoxal flange wide. Fore femur nearly 2.6, mid femur weakly more than 3.4, hind femur 2.5 times as long as broad; fore tibia 6, mid tibia 8.2, hind tibia 7.5 times as long as broad. Fore tarsi in ratio: 4.5/5/4.5/11, mid tarsi in ratio: 9/7/6/12, hind tarsi in ratio: 5.5/5.5/5/13. Spur of fore tibia very short, spur of mid tibia 1.6 times as long as breadth of tibia, spur of hind tibia 0.7 times as long as breadth of tibia. Fore tibia with protruding apical spine. Fore wing about twice as long as broad, costal cell bare, 8 times as long as broad, submarginal vein with 3 setae on its dorsal surface before "break", where it meets parastigma; marginal vein 0.77 times as long as costal cell, postmarginal vein as long as stigmal, the latter with short petiole; speculum open below; fringe of apical margin as long as thickness of marginal vein at its median part. Gastral petiole strongly transverse, reduced to a narrow band. Gaster 1.2 times as long as broad. Sides of first tergite without pubescence. Redescription of mcde. Length 4.4 mm. Body blue green. Distal 1/5 of hind and 1/8 of mid tibia white. Head in dorsal view 2.8 times as broad as long; POL 1.7 OOL. Occipital margin somewhat sharper than in female. Hind ocelli separated from eye by distance twice longer than their own major diameter, and separated from occipital margin by half of their major diameter. Eyes poorly pubescent, eye height 2.75 times as along as malar space. Head in frontal view 1.44 times as broad as high. Narrow traces of arms of frontal fork can be distinguished within meshes of coarse reticulation at top of reduced interscrobes, the latter of inverted V-shaped. Clypeal surface with weak reticulation. Eye width/interocular distance in ratio 10/36. Breadth of oral fossa 3.75 times as long as malar space, 1.7 times as long as produced anterior margin of clypeus. Antennae (Fig. 10) inserted at the distance equal to diameter of antennái toruli above level of ventral eye margins. Scape 3 times as long as broad in lateral view, 4.6 times as long as thick in dorsal view, slightly shorter than eye height, its frontal margin with one row of short setae; combined length of pedicel and flagellum 0.9 times as long as breadth of head; pedicel short, guttiform,
