First funicular segment 3.2, second 2.15, third almost twice, fourth 1.55 times, clava twice as long as broad. Pronotal collar weakly carinated, mesoscutum slightly more than twice as broad as long; scutellum 1.42 times as long as mesoscutum. Metanotal dorsellum with two hardly visible foveac at sides. Propodeal calli with 6-8 setae. Propodeal nucha subtriangular, convex. Fore and mid femora 4.54, hind femur 3 times as long as broad; fore tibia 7.5, mid tibia 8.2, hind tibia about 12 times as long as broad. Fore tarsi in ratio: 5/5/4.5/11.5, mid tarsi in ratio: 8/6.5/10.5, hind tarsi in ratio: 6/6/4.7/11. Spur of mid tibia about 2.3 times as long as breadth of tibia, spur of hind tibia slightly shorter than breadth of tibia. Fore wing 1.92 as long as broad, costal cell 7 times as long as broad, submarginal vein with 2 setae on its dorsal surface before its "break", where it meets parastigma; marginal vein 0.8-0.9 times as long as costal cell; speculum open below. Gastral petiole subconical, 1.3 times as broad as long. Gaster 1.52 times as long as broad at its broadest part. Biology. Unknown. Distribution. Mongolia (SZELÉNYI 1977). Redescription of female. Length 2.6 mm. Body (Fig. 11) bright green, except for light: tips of femora, tip and distal 1/3 of mid tibia, tip and distal 1/2-3/5 of hind tibia, inner and outer surfaces of fore tibia, two proximal tarsi of hind and basitarsus of mid leg. Border between light and dark areas of tibiae washed out. Antennae dark brown. Wings hyaline, venation of wings brown. Oval membranous area adjacent to the petiolar emargination at first gastral tergite light. Head in dorsal view 2.3-2.5 times as broad as long; ocelli small; POL 2.4 OOL. Occipital margin moderately carinated. Hind ocelli separated from eye by distance slightly longer than their own major diameter, and separated from occipital margin by half of their major diameter. Eyes poorly pubescent, almost bare, eye height 4.66 times as long as malar space. Head in frontal view (Fig. 12) 1.4 times as broad as high. Frontal fork absent, interscrobes mostly smooth, triangular. Face homogeneously reticulated, clypeal surface alutaceous. Eye width/interocular distance in ratio 11/33. Face poorly setose along eye orbits. Breadth of oral fossa about 5 times as long as malar space, 1.8 times as long as produced reflexed anterior margin of clypeus. Antennae inserted at the distance somewhat above level of ventral eye margins. Scape about 7.7 times as long as broad (5.6 times in specimens from Algeria), curved in dorsal view. 0.7 times
