Redescription of male. Length 3.4 mm (holotype, Fig. 8). Head, antennái scape and pedicel, pronotum blue green, mesoscutum, scutellum, metanotum and propodeum dark blue, brown with blue green metallic tint. Coxae dark with weak blue metallic tint, trochanters dark brown, femora brown with weak blue metallic tint, their tips white, hind tibia brown at a past slightly longer than its proximal 2/3, lower margin of this infumation quite washed out; mid tibia clearly light brown at its basal 1/3, further infumation becomes washed out stripes on upper and inner surfaces of the tibia, distal 1/3 remains white, fore tibia white at its ends, with two dark metallic stripes on upper and inner sides; complete fore tarsi and two distal tarsi of mid and hind tibiae dark brown, three proximal segments of mid and hind tarsi whitish. Wings hyaline, venation of wings brown. Gaster brown with blue-green metallic tint, oval membranous area adjacent to the petiolar emargination at first tergite white. Fig. 8.
