Head in dorsal view 2.6 times as broad as long; ocelli of moderate size; POL 1.66 OOL. Occipital margin marked off by sharp carina, weakly outstanding from occipital surface, rounding laterally. Hind ocelli separated from eye by distance 1.8 times as long as their own major diameter, and separated from occipital margin by distance equal to its major diameter. Eyes moderately pubescent, eye height 2.75 times as long as malar space. Head in frontal view 1.5 times as broad as high. Frontal fork absent, just smooth bifurcation at top of short smooth interscrobes present. Face homogeneously reticulated. Eye width/interocular distance in ratio 49/14. Face poorly (resulting from loss) setose along eye orbits. Breadth of oral fossa 4.75 times as long as malar space, twice as long as produced anterior margin of clypeus. Antennae inserted at a distance equal to antenna! toruli above level of ventral eye margins. Scape without radicle 2.3 times as long as broad in lateral view, rather thick, 3.7 times as long as broad in dorsal view, somewhat longer than eye height (length of scape/eye height in ratio 26/22), its frontal margin with one row of short setae; combined length of pedicel and flagellum 0.8 times as long as breadth of head; pedicel 1.75 times as long as broad, 0.63 times as long as 1st funicular segment. The latter 2.6, second 2, third 1.63 times as long as broad, clava two-segmented, 2.6 times as long as broad, with short terminal spine. Thorax (without propodeum) subquadrate (length/breadth in ratio 60/52). Pronotal collar weakly carinated, mesoscutum 2.3 times as broad as long, the parapsidal grooves not expressed; scutellum slightly longer than broad (length/breadth in ratio 35/30), 1.52 times as long as mesoscutum. Axillae with one seta each. Metanotal dorsellum triangular, with two foveae on sides. Propodeal calli densely haired, with about 15 setae each. Propodeum flat, with shallow, but distinct reticulation; median carina sharp, slightly raised, channel on its sides shallow and unclear. Spiracular elevation of propodeum robust, triangular in shape; trace of lateral propodeal sulcus complete, deep, but delimited only at its inner side by lateral plicate border of submedian areas, at outer side fused with spiracle border and supracoxal flange; the latter wide. Fore femur nearly 3.8, mid femur somewhat more than 4.3, hind femur 3 times as long as broad; fore tibia 7.2, mid tibia 9, hind tibia 7 times as long as broad; mid and hind tibiae haired with dense short setae. Fore tarsi in ratio: 5/5/5/14, mid tarsi in ratio: 10/7/5/12, hind tarsi in ratio: 10/7/6/14. Spur of fore tibia very short, spur of mid tibia 1.6 times as long as breadth of tibia, spur of hind tibia 0.7 times as long as breadth of tibia. Fore tibia with protruding apical spine. Fore wing almost twice as long as broad, costal cell bare, 7.5 times as long as broad, submarginal vein with 2 setae on its dorsal surface before its "break", where it meets parastigma; marginal vein 0.77 times as long as costal cell, postmarginal vein weakly longer than stigmal, the latter petiolate; speculum open below; fringe of apical margin as long as thickness of marginal vein at its median part. Gastral petiole strongly subconical, 0.7 times as broad as long. Gaster 1.8 times as long as broad (completely glued to card, somewhat long-drawn by mounting). First tergite haired on sides. Description of female. Length 4.4 mm. Body dark green. Fore tarsi and distal tarsus of mid and hind tibiae dark brown, three proximal segments of mid tarsi and first proximal tarsal segment of hind tarsi whitish, second and third segments of hind tarsi infuscate. Antennae dark brown with green metallic tint. Head in dorsal view 2.5 times as broad as long; POL 1.4-1.5 OOL. Hind ocelli separated from eye by distance slightly longer than their own major diameter, and from occipital margin by distance equal to its major diameter. Eye height 3.4 times as long as malar space. Head in frontal view 1.4 times as broad as high. Face moderately setose along eye orbits. Breadth of oral fossa 4.1 times as long as malar space, 1.78 times as long as produced forwards anterior margin of clypeus. Antennae inserted somewhat above level of ventral eye margins. Scape without radicle 5.4 times as long as broad, 0.76 times as long as eye height, with two rows of setae
