Figs 31-37. Hormius vitabilis sp. n.: 31= head in dorsal view, 32= head in lateral view, 33= pronotum in dorsal view, 34= distal part of right fore wing of holotype, 35= n . par . (t), 36= tergite 1, 37= distal part of right fore wing of paratype (original). - Fig. 38. H. longiventris BELOKOBYLSKIJ : head in dorsal view (after BELOKOBYLSKIJ) medially. Hind tibia and tarsus equal in length. Hind tibia with less erect (but not adpressed) hairs, length of hairs on hind part of tibia somewhat greater than apical breadth of tibia. Fore wing about as long as body. Pterostigma (Fig. 34) 4.6 times as long as wide, issuing radial vein distally from its middle. Radial cell along metacarpal vein about as long as pterostigma; r_l as long as width of pterostigma and somewhat shorter than r_2, r_3 3.B times as long as r_2 and reaching tip of wing; Cu2 short, cuqul one-third longer than r_2 n . rec . postfurcal. N_^ par. interstitial (Fig. 35{). Metasoma snorter than head and mesosoma together and elongated in its form, 2.4 times as long as its greatest breadth at middle. First tergite (Fig. 36) just longer than wide at hind, posteriorly evenly and moderately broadening, i.e. its hind width almost twice greater than its basal width; its basal pair cf keels converging and medially merging into rugosity; spiracle distinct and before middle of tergite. First tergite rugose, further tergites weakly sclerotized. Ovipositor sheath as long as hind tarsal segments 1-3 . Body, antenna and legs yellow; ocellar field blackish, mandible apically brownish. Palpi pale yellow. Wings hyaline, pterostigma and veins opaque pale yellow . Description of the paratype (lo). - Similar to the holotype. Body 2.1 mm long. Head in dorsal view 1.79 times as broad as long. First flagellomere four times and penultimate flagellomere three times as long as broad. Radial cell along metacarpal vein somewhat longer than pterostigma; rjL just one-third shorter thon r_2, thus Cu2 relatively long, cuqul somewhat longer than r_2 (Fig. 37). Ground colour of body brownish yellow; first tergite with brownish to blackish suffusion, pterostigma apically brownish. o and host unknown.
