of areolae somewhat uneven to smooth. Mesonotum between notaulices with a medio-longitudinal, anteriorly somewhat weakening furrow. Head polished above. 4 (5) First tergite (Fig. 19) as long as broad behind or somewhat longer, posteriorly from spiracle slightly less broadening; its hind width distinctly shorter than basal width of propodeum. Antenna shorter than body, penultimate flagellomere about twice as long as broad. Postero-median areola of propodeum (above lunule) (Fig. 21) not divided by a transverse carina. Pterostigma issuing radial vein from its middle, rj_ at most as long as, usually somewhat shorter than, width of pterostigma (Fig. 30). Hairs of hind tibia less erect and shorter than its greatest breadth (Fig. 29). Ground colour of head and mesosoma reddish yellow, op : 1.9-3 mm, cid*: 1.9-1.6 mm H. orientális BELOKOBYLSKI 3, 1980 5 (4) First tergite (Fig. 26) shorter than broad behind, i.e. 1.1-1.2 times broader at hind than long medially, posteriorly from spiracle more broadening; its hind width almost equal with basal width of propodeum. Antenna about as long as body, penultimate flagellomere three times as long as broad. Postero-median areola of propodeum (above lunule) divided by a transverse carina (Fig. 23). Pterostigma issuing radial vein distally from its middle, rl more or less longer than width of pterostigma (Fig. 25). Hairs of hind tibia erect and as long as its greatest breadth (Fig. 24). Ground colour of head and mesosoma light brownish yellow. gg_: 3-3.2 mm, dV: 2.8-3 mm H. lamidae sp . n. 6 (1) Metasoma 1.4 times as long as head and mesosoma together, its form elongate cylindrical. First tergite 2.2 times as long as broad at hind and hardly broadening posteriorly. Fore margin of pronotum with a median excision. Propodeum faintly carinated. Hairs of hind side of third tibia about 2-2.5 times as long as greatest breadth of tibia. Ground colour of body light reddish brown, g: 3.3 mm H. longiventris BELOKOBYLSKIJ , 1988 Hormius vitabilis sp. n. g (Figs 31-37) Description of the holotype g - Body 2.5 mm long. Head in dorsal view (Fig. 31) less transverse, 1.77 times as broad as long, eyes protruding from outline of head, temple strongly rounded and onethird as long as eye, occiput not excavated. Eye in lateral view 1.37 times as high as wide and twice wider than temple, latter evenly broad, i.e. not narrowing ventrally (Fig. 32). Ocelli small, distance between two ocelli hardly longer than diameter of an ocellus, O0L four times as long as OD and 2.77 times as long as POL. Face subquadrate, one-fifth wider than high, inner margin of eyes parallel. Malar space slightly longer than basal width of mandible. Head smooth to polished, around toruli uneven-subrugulose . - Antenna about as long as body, with 20 antennomeres. First flagellomere 4.2-4.3 times as long as broad apically, further flagellomeres gradually shortening and slightly attenuating so that penultimate flagellomere three times as long as broad . Mesosoma in lateral view 1.6 times as long as high. Pronotum neck-like, its anterior margin truncate (Fig. 33) and close behind margin furrow-like and deeply impressed. Notaulix evenly and moderately deep, weakly crenulated, merging behind in a relatively small median rugulose field. Between notaulices a medio-longitudinal furrow extending on hind half of mesonotum. Prescutellar furrow crenulated. Pronotum rugulose, its lateral lobe crenulated, otherwise mesosoma smooth to polished. Sternaulix distinct, uneven. Propodeum areolated with weak carination except distinct carinae of postero-median areola; propodeum postero-laterally rugo-rugulose , otherwise uneven to smooth, shiny. - Legs usual in size. Hind femur five times as long as broad
