Dr. H. STEINMANN). Male dark brown, head, pronotum, legs and ultimate tergite a little shining. Head depressed, eyes comparatively large, about as long as the length of head behind eyes. First antennái joint very long, longer than distance between antennái bases. Tegmina abbreviated, wings absent. Forceps (Fig. 1) elongated, slender, inner margins with some small and two prominent teeth, apices of bran­ches depressed, pincers. Genitalia elongated, central parameral plate slightly expanded apically, virga within genital lobe (Fig. 2) long, with sclerotized basal vesicle. External paramere well deve­loped, broad, obtuse. Length of body with forceps: 24-27 mm. Female unknown. Distribution : Costa Rica. Ancistrogaster biolleyi BORELLI, 1907 (Figs. 3-4) Ancistrogaster biolleyi BORELLI, 1907, Boll. Musei Zool. Head rounded; postfrontal and coronal sutures distinct. Eyes large, but a little shorter than the length of head behind eyes.
