tanini has the same segments light brown, with only ventral surfaces blackened; there is however a black median line along ventral surface of tibia I, which is lacking in Ae. festivus. It appears that colour pattern differences in genus Aelurillus, and especially in males of these two species, may be easier key character. The apophyses of pedipalpal tibia are shown on figs 8, 10, 11. Remarks on female (new) The epigyne is shown on fig. 2 and its internal structure on fig. 4. There was some variability in the shape of the epigyne in the 6 $ studied, which calls for further studies. The comparison with q of Mongolian Ae. festivus did not yielded striking differences in general appearance, which may be partly due to the state of preservation of the specimens. The species has been reported heretofore from China: Kansu and "Hangtscheou, Tschekiang". Chalcoscritus micans (CAPORIACCO, 1935) comb. n. Phintella micans CAPORIACCO 1935: 201, t. 3, f. 17.
