Holotype, three paratypes and allotype are deposited in the Hungarian Natural History Museum Budapest; Hym. Typ. No. 5282 (holotype), 5285 (allotype) and 5283-5284, 5286 (paratypes). The new species, O. tarni sp. n., is related to O. singularis WESMAEL, 1835 (Palaearctic Region) and O. fuscipennis WESMAEL, 1835 (Europe); their distinction is given below: O. tarni sp. n. 1. Body longer (9 : 3-3.2 mm, çf : 2.6-3 mm) and stronger. The corporal measurments in avarage 1.4-1.5 times greater, e.g. see Fig. 13 of wing. 2. Antenna with 33-39 joints ( 9 çf). 3. Eye in lateral view 1.1-1.2 times wider than temple (Fig. 12). 4. /3 1.6(-1.7) times longer than rl, stigma less narrowing distally (Fig. 13). O. tarni sp. n. 1. Wings subhyaline. 2. Mandible gradually broadening basally, i.e. without subtooth at its base 3. Head in dorsal view behind eyes rather constricted, eye almost twice as long as temple (Fig. 11). 4. First tergite 1.6-1.7 times longer than wide at hind (Fig. 17). 5. r3 1.6(-1.7) times longer than rl (Fig. 13). O. singular is WESM. 1. Body less long ( 9 cf : 1.8-2.3 mm) and less strong. The corporal measurements in avarage 1.4-1.5 times smaller, e.g. see Fig. 15 of wing. 2. Antenna with 27-32 joints ( 9 cf)3. Fye in lateral view 1.4 times wider than temple (Fig. 14). 4. /-3 (1.7—) 1.8 times longer than rl, stigma more narrowing distally (Fig. 15). O. fuscipennis WESM. 1. Wings more or less brownish fumous. 2. Mandible angularly broadening basally, i.e. below at its base with a subtooth. 3. Head in dorsal view behind eyes rounded, eye only one-quarter longer than temple (Fig. 16). 4. First tergite 1.3-1.4 times longer than wide at hind (Fig. 18). 5. rZ (nearly) twice longer than rl. Opius (Utetes) toleráns sp. n. 9 (Figs. 19-20) 9. Body 2.3 mm long. Head in dorsal view transverse, 2.4 times broader between eyes than long, behind eyes temple constricted, eye distinctly thrice longer than temple. Face together with clypeus distinctly one-third wider than high. Clypeus four times wider below than high medially. Distance between tentorial pits distinctly 2.5 times greater than distance between a pit and lowest point of eye. Mouth open. Mandible gradually broadening basally, i.e. without subtooth at its base. Eye in lateral view almost twice higher than wide, and 1.5 times wider than greatest width of temple. Ocelli relatively large, distance between fore and a hind ocelli somewhat shorter than greatest diameter of an elliptic ocellus. OOL twice as long as POL. Head polished, face along inner margin of eye uneven. Antenna broken, right antenna with 10, left antenna with 9 joints. First flagellar joint 2.5 times longer than broad. Thorax in lateral view one-fifth longer than high. Thorax polished; propodeum on its upper half with a tranverse carina, surface anteriorly of carina rugo-rugulose. posteriorly uneven to smooth.
