Eye in lateral view 1.7 times higher than wide. 6. Hind femur thrice longer than broad. 2. Thorax in lateral view 1.5 times longer than high. 3. r2 1.8-1.9 times as long as cuqul. 4. Metasoma black. 5. Eye in lateral view 1.7-1.8 times higher than wide. 6. Hind femur four times longer than broad. Opius (Allophlebus) tarni sp. n. 9 cf (Figs. 11-13, 17) 9- Body strong, 3-3.2 mm long. Head in dorsal view (Fig. 11) transverse, twice, broader between eyes than long, behind eyes temple rather constricted, eye almost twice as long as temple. Face together with clypeus 1.6 times wider than high. Clypeus semicircular, twice wider below than high medially. Distance between tentorial pits twice greater than distance between a pit and lowest point of eye. Mouth open. Mandible gradually broadening basally, i.e. without subtooth at its base. Head in lateral view see Fig. 12, eye only somewhat, i.e. 1.1-1.2 times, wider than greatest width of temple; eye less than twice as high as wide. Ocelli small, distance between two ocelli one-third to one-fourth longer than greatest diameter of a hind elliptic ocellus. OOL distinctly twice as long as POL. Head polished; face and clypeus uneven and less shiny, except polished median low tubercle on face. Marginal keel of temple unusually strong. Antenna nearly twice as long as body, with 33-39 joints (1 9 : 33, holotype Ç : 38, 1 9 : 39 jointed). First flagellar joint thrice longer than broad, further joints gradually shortening and slightly attenuating so that penultimate joint 2-2.1 times longer than broad. Thorax in lateral view 1.3-1.4 times longer than high. Thorax polished; propodeum almost evenly rugo-rugulose, with a median and more or less distinct pentagonal areola. Notaulix restricted to declivous part of mesonotum. Mesonotal dimple before prescutellar furrow absent. Sternaulix indistinct. Hind femur five times longer than broad distally. Hind tarsus one-eighth shorter than hind tibia. Fore wing about one-third longer than body. Stigma (Fig. 13) relatively wide, five times as long as wide, with subparallel sides. Radial vein reaching tip of wing, rl short, rl twice as long as cuqul, r3 1.6(-1.7) times as long as rl, Cui long and not narrowing distally, n. rec. distinctly postfurcal; d one-third longer than n. rec. B closed, n. par. starting almost from middle of its outer side. Metasoma in lateral view about length of thorax. First tergite (Fig. 17) 1.6-1.7 times longer than broad at hind, moderately broadening distally, hardly one-third wider behind than basally. Figs. 11-13. Opius tarni sp. n.: 11 = head in dorsal view, 12 = head in lateral view, 13 = distal part of right fore wing. — Figs. 14-15.
