Chrysocharis pektusana sp. n. 9 e* (Fig- 1) 9 - B o d y blue-green with purplish reflections on frons above the fork, notaular depressions, scutellum, propodeum, and first tergite. Frons below frontal fork dark green. Antennae blackish. Coxae concolorous with thorax; femora blackish in basal half or more, remainder of legs pale yellow with fore tibiae and tarsi, and two distal segments of mid and hind tarsi, darker. Wings strongly inf uscate throughout ; venation dark brown. •— Length 1.9-2.2 mm. Head nearly 1.3 times as broad as thorax, slightly less than twice as broad as long seen from above. Occipital margin conspicuously raised to form a lamina behind ocelli and sharply ridged be­hind upper half of eye margin (Fig. 1). Ocelli in a triangle of nearly 110°. POL : OOL as 3.8 : 2.0. Frontal fork forming an angle of 130°. A longitudinal strong keel present between toruli. Eyes spar­sely hairy. Malar space as long as breadth of scape, one-seventh of height of eye. Vertex, frons above frontal fork, and face with fine reticulation which is hardly raised above the surface. Frons below the fork densely reticulate. — Antennái scape 4.4 times as long as broad; pedical plus flagellum nearly as long as breadth of head; pedicel a little shorter than first funicle segment, 1.6 times as long as broad ; third anellus nearly one-third as long as first f unicle segment ; funicle four-segmented, nearly 1.3 times as thick as pedicel; first three segments subequal in length, about 1.5 times as long as broad, Fig. 1.
