Ovipositor sheath (in lateral view) nearly as long as abdomen. 8. Abdomen black, fore sternites more or less brown. 5. First tergite slightly longer than wide at hind, before spiracles distinctly broadening, behind them with subparallel sides (Fig. 11). 6. Hind femur thickest at its distal third (Fig. 8). 7. Ovipositor sheath about as long as first tergite. 8. Abdomen yellow, vivid yellow, or brownish yellow except black first tergite. Biosteres (Biosteres) Ientulus sp. n. 9 (Figs. 12—15) 9 . Body relatively strong, 4 mm long. Head (in dorsal view) transverse, almost twice broader than long (52: 28, X63), temples close behind eyes parallel-sided (Fig. 12). Eye one-third higher than wide. Ocelli small and forming an equilateral triangle, distance between fore and a hind ocelli twice greater than diameter of an ocellus, OOL thrice as long as POL. Face subquadrate, only one-sixth wider than high, inner margin of eye subparallel. Clypeus somewhat more than twice as wide below as high medially. Mandible towards its base slightly broadening, below at its base dentiform (Fig. 13). Temple distinctly broader than width of eye (Fig. 14). Face and clypeus with fine punctation, interspaces polished and greater than diameter of punctures. Frons, vertex, occiput and temple polished. Temple behind margined, occiput immargined. Maxillar palpus as long as height of head. Antenna somewhat longer than body, 42 jointed. First flagellar joints thrice, further ones gradually shortening and slightly attenuating so that last joints only twice as long as broad. Thorax (in lateral view) one-third longer than high. Pronotum polished, its anterior rather weakly impressed part crenulo-rugulose. Mesonotum, scutellum and mesopleuron polished. Notauli entirely absent, declivous part of mesonotum rugulo-uneven. Mesonotal pit rather shallow and elongated. Sternaulus absent. Propodeum almost evenly rugulose, along its upper-fore margin smooth. Hind femur almost four times as long as broad, broadest at its distal third. Fore wing somewhat longer than body. Stigma (Fig. 15) almost six times longer than wide, emitting radial vein somewhat proximal from its middle, rl short and relatively thick, less than half as long as width of stigma; r2 and cuqu\ equal in length; r3 thrice as long as r2 and reaches tip of Figs. 13-15. Biosteres (Biosteres) Ientulus sp. n. 9 : 13 = mandible, 14 = head in lateral view, 15 = distal part of right fore wing. — Figs. 16-18. B. (B.) brevisulcus (THOMS.) Qrf: 16 = mandible. 17 = head in lateral view, 18 = distal part of right fore wing
