Thorax almost twice as long as wide (90: 53), pronotum (Fig. 5), slightly shorter than half length of mesoscutum (13 :30), scutellum scarcely shorter than mesoscu­tum (28 : 30), as long as wide (28), thoracic dorsum sharply reticulated, mesoscutum in the middle with tolerably large aréoles, notauli wanting, reticulation on scutel­lum, postscutellum and propodeum distinctly denser than on mesoscutum, post­scutellum almost as long as propodeum, both poorly shining, median carina distinct, sides with 10-12 long, whitish hairs. — Wings normal, densely hairy, costal cell with a row of bristles on under side and with a few bristles on upper surface, speculum and bare subcostal cell closed; relation between costal cell : marginális : stigmalis : postmarginalis as 60: 53 :15 : 35. Legs slender, normal. Gaster distinctly longer than head and thorax together (140:110), (on dried specimens) almost more than thrice as long as wide (140:40), almost smooth and strongly shining. — Length: 2.8 mm. rf.
