Considering the antipenultimate feature, i.e. the coloration of the tergites, it is perhaps worth mentioning that among a long series of normally coloured rossii there are specimens similarly coloured as obesa Mocs. To be precise, the 2nd abdominal tergite with tiny yellow flecks, 3rd and 4th entirely yellow, 5th with hind marginal band, 6th with yellow streaks on either sides, though approximating each other not meeting in the middle. These specimens also have yellow, or suffused yellow on the hind corners of pronotum. These specimens may very well be considered a light phase of rossii. Though, at least apical half of fore tibia behind here too is dark, as is suffused the basitarsus. Upon the basis of the above discussion of features and demonstrative figures I propose to use the name of Tenthredo obesa (MOCSÁRY, 1880) henceforth. The species is known to occur besides Bulgaria, in Albania, Yugoslavia, Roumania, Hungary and Czechoslovakia (Lucivna). 8. Pristiphora abbreviata (HARTIG, 1837) — A 4-5 mm long, black species, only the following parts marked by yellow or light brown: labrum, tegula, fore and middle legs partly and hind corners of pronotum. An important feature for separating it from P. monogyniae HTG. is the interstitial Sc and M veins on R. The first identified specimen from Hungary comes from the environs of Nagykovácsi, captured on the 22nd of April, 1975, leg. ZOMBORI. (HNHM). 9. Euura venusta (ZADDACH, 1883) — According to BENSON (1958) the males of Euura mucronata (HTG.), E. testaceipes (ZADD.) and E. venusta (ZADD.) cannot"be distinguished on superficial characteristics. However, the place of gall formation is specific. The herewith presented four males were reared from Salix caprea galls formed at the base of leafpetiole. Consequently, according to the literature (I.e.) they are the above species. The Hungarian locality is Nagykovácsi, 1975. V. 7., leg. ZOMBORI 4 rf - (HNHM). References BENSON, R. B.
