round (from above), ratio of its width (between tegulae) and length as 25 : 24. Mesonotum and scutellum densely, strongly (but not roughly), and evenly punctatorugose. Disc of mesonotum and scutellum somewhat flattened, scutellum with sharp lateral border (but not carinated). Sculpture of mesopleura similar to mesonotum but weaker, sternaulus hardly impressed. Scutellar sulcus shallow and narrow, subcrenulate. Lateral, crenulated field of scultellum wide, and lateral, polished field of scutellum hardly extending half length of scutellum. Propodeum densehy rugulose, around lunule almost rugose, latero-medially with a subrtigulose and somewhat shiny small field (subrugulose field without any delimitation). Fore wing as long as body. Metacarp shorter than length of stigma (16-17: 21-22), hardly longer than its distance from end of wing (17-16 : 16-14). Stigma 2.3-2.4 times longer than broad, r 1 emerging from its middle, r x : cuqu x as 6:4.5 (Fig. 15). Ratio of length of d 1 : d 2 as 6: 8-7. Transverse cubitella of hind wing almost effaced. Vannai lobe with an almost straight edge beyond its widest part and lacking any hair fringe. Coxa 3 as long as tergites 1 -2. Inner spur of hind tibia equal with half length of basitarsus. Abdomen shorter than thorax (25 : 35). Tergite 1 long, proportion of its length, anterior and posterior width as 15 : 8.5 : 6.3, its anterior half parallel-sided, posteriorly slightly converging (Fig. 16). Hind half of tergite 1 somewhat longitudinally rugoso-rugulose. Tergite 2 transverse, tergite 3 twice longer than tergite 2. Hypopygium very long, projecting beyond apex of abdomen and with some distinct creases (Fig. 17). Ovipositor sheath about length of hind tibia (29: 31). Body black. Labrum brown, palpi brownish yellow r . Legs brownish black. Fore femur, tibia, tarsus, end of middle femur, middle tibia-tarsus, and hind tibia brownish yellow. End of tibia 2 fumous, end of tibia 3 together with tarsus 3 dark brown. Wings hyaline, stigma and vein yellowish brown. Stigma sometimes w r ith a weakly marked basal yellowish spot. Nervures cu x + cu 2 , n. bas., and n. rec. colourless. rf similar to female. Propodeum more alutaceous-rugulose. Tergite 1 minutely narrower than apex, its proportional length to anterior and posterior width as 16 : 9 : 5.5, alar veins more pale. Host unknown.
