A total of 1,734 antlers. As is to be seen from this enumeration, 20- or morepointers are rather rare. Most frequent are 14-, 12-, 16-, 10-, and 18-pointers. Since we also know the places of origin of the exhibited antlers, I have grouped the frequency values of tine-numbers according to Comitats. (I desist from also enumerating the several localities within the Comitats referred to, since they conform, in their majority, with the locality data published in my paper "Data to our knowledge concerning the body weight of stags in the Carpathian Basin"). It is easily observable from this list that, as regards manybranchedness, the Comitats Máramaros and Baranya lead before Comitats Bereg, Ung, Somogy, Verőcze, Gömör, Zala, Zemplén, etc. (Table 1.), in the period under discussion. Also the antler material exhibited in Hungary after World War I (1920) is very interesting. This consisted of 636 items. Of these, there was 1 28-pointer,
