III. p. 132. « <j> . — Nigra, eapite thoraceque punctatis, pedibus ferrugineis, segmentis abdominis apice fulvo-testaceo late-fasciatis. 5 lines (10V 2 mm). Black: 2 basal joints of the Üagellum, apical margin of the clypeus, labrum, mandibles and legs ferruginous ; wings fulvo-hyaline, nervures ferruginous, tegulae more or less rufo-testaceous ; sides of the metathorax with tufts of pale fulvous pubescence and the floccus on the posterior femora of the same colour, tibiae and tarsi with . short ferruginous pubescence. Abdomen shining, apical margins of the segments broadly-fulvo-testaceous, very bright, having a golden lustre. L. 9 mm, Br. 3Va mm. d $ zahlreich von Key Eilanden ; KÜHN leg. 18. Nomia cincta var. tomentifera n. var. d Ç . Wie Stammform von Key Eilanden, aber Thorax oben dicht braungelb befilzt, Tegulae gelbbraun, Abdominalsegmente in mehr oder weniger grosser Ausdehnung, rotgelb, alle Beine braungelb. L. d $ 9—10 mm, Br. 3 Ys mm. Simbang am Huon Golf und Hansemann-Gebirge an der Astrolabe Bai, BIRO leg. Neu-Guinea ; d J zahlreich von Cairns (Queensland). Nomia simillima SM. würde nach der Farbenverteilung wohl passen, es fehlt aber Notiz über das bewehrte Metanotum, deshalb = cincta SM. var. tomentifera. 19.
