of József Somogyi, a stone-cutter from Mindszentkálfa are displayed in the stone carving workshop. The stone coping of the well and the stone trough facing the street could have been the stone-cutter's trade-sign. His main products were stone boards, watering troughs and grindstones although he also carved simple tombstones. • p Protecting values locally In recent decades throughout the Bakony and the BalatonUplands rural houses and vineyard cellars are increasingly being renovated as holiday homes. This increases the likelihood of protecting local folk monuments.
