Then add raisin and cinnamon to both and sugar to taste then, at the end add the wine to the filling. Divide the pastry into 5 parts and flat out the pieces. Oil and flour the baking pan, and Line it with the first layer of pastry and put the poppyseed filling on it. The second layer of pastry is placed on it with sliced apples scaled in sugared water. Then the next layer comes with the nut filling on it.
