Seine frühen Ausstellungen fanden im Ernst Múzeum (1923) und im Nemzeti Szalon (1922, 1924, 1927) statt. • He studied at the Budapest Academy of Fine Arts between 1911 and 1914 under Károly Ferenczy, and between 1918 and 1921 under István Réti. In 1913 he exhibited three still-lifes at the Exhibition of Young Artists at Könyves Kálmán Szalon. He travelled to Munich, Paris, and Italy. In 1913 and 1914 he worked in Nagybánya. It was here that he met his wife, Ré>zsi Bacher (later Rózsi Deli B.). He moved to Szentendre in 1937. His first exhibitions were: Ernst Múzeum (1922), Nemzeti Szalon (1922, 1924, 1927). 68. MNG ltsz.1933-2410 DÉNES VALÉRIA (Budapest 1877. november 2. - Pécs 1915. július 18.) • Szablya Frischauf Ferenc festőiskolájában tanult. 1909-től több éven keresztül járt Nagybányára. 1910-tól Párizsban Matisse tanítványa volt. A Kéve művészegyesület tagjaként 1909-1 l-ig vett részt kiállításaikon. 1911-től Galimberti Sándor felesége, művészetük hasonult egymáshoz. Mindketten a kubizmus elveit hasznosították. 1914-ben a Nemzeti Szalon mutatta be munkáikat, majd férjével közös emlékkiállítását a MA rendezre meg 1918-ban. • Sie studierre in der Künstlerschule von Ferenc Szablya Frischauf. Ab 1909 besuchte sie Nagybánya mehrere Jahre lang regelmäßig. Ab 1910 war sie eine Schülerin von Matisse in Paris. Als Mitglied des Künstlervereins Kéve nahm sie an die von dieser veranstalteten Ausstellungen von 1909 bis 1911 teil. 1911 heiratete sie Sándor Galimberti. Beide nutzten die Grundsätze des Kubismus und kamen einander auch in der Kunst nahe. Ihre Werke zusammen mit den Bildern ihres Mannes wurden 1914 in der Ausstellung des Nemzeti Szalon und dann 1918 in einer von der Zeitschrift MA veranstalteten gemeinsamen Gedenkausstellung gezeigt. • She studied painting at Ferenc Szablya Frischauf 's school. After 1909 she repeatedly visited Nagybánya. In 1910 she was Matisse's student in Paris. She took part in the exhibitions of Kéve between 1909 and 1911. In 19 11 she married rhe painter Sándor Galimberti. They had a mutual influence on each other's art. They both gained a lot from the principles of Cubism. She had an exhibition at Nemzeti Szalon in 1914 together with her husband. After the couple's death MA presented their works in 1918.
