At the (Ist) International Woodcut Exhibition of 1933 a Hungarian artist(s) was (were) also present, but since the catalogue is unavailable in Hungary, his/her/their name(s) is(are) not known. The prize-winners are listed in the catalogue of the second international woodcut show (pp. XXX—XXXII I) but the pages (XXXI-XXXII) with the Hungarian names are missing from the available catalogue. It is proven on page XXIII that there were Hungarian prize-winners as the list of 13 nations of the 34 foreign prize-winners includes Hungary. Since the catalogue is from Pál Molnár-C.'s estate, it is easy to presume that he was among the prize-winners and that is why he removed the pages from the catalogue. Of course it cannot be substantiated from the catalogue of the llnd exhibition whether there was a Hungarian prize-winner here.
