they started to develop gradually. The number of inhabitants in these villages increased continuously, one part of the craftsmen, traders and labourers settled were working there but the majority of them found job in Pest. That made necessary the regular and cheap local passenger transport between Pest, Rákospalota and Újpest, too. The Author describes in his study the history of building the horse tramway between the localities mentioned. Dr. László Eperjesi: The Transport Problems Of Hungary And The Peace Treaty Of Paris (1945-1946). On the basis of his archival researches the Author deals in his study with the decisions and regulations made at the peace-negotiation in Paris on the 29th July 1946 closing the 2nd World War and influencing badly the transport in Hungary and some areas of the railway transport. The armistic agreement of Moscov on the 20th Januaryl945 and the peace treaty of Paris restored the Trianon boarders of Hungary and the first and second decisions of Vienna were declared as invalid. The Hungarian government summed up in a list its ideas and wishes concerning transport policies hoped to achieve by the peace treaty. The list has been drawn up in July and August of 1945 in the Ministry of Transport. The list treated all transport branches and the telecommunication (post, radio) of Hungary. The peace conference refused all transport-political wishes of the Hungarian government in connection with the peace treaty. One of the greatest of the transport-political wishes was that Hungary should get back the useful investments into the territories to be disannexed again due to the restoring of the boarders in 1938. The peace treaty of Paris did not accept these wishes of Hungary as a claim for compensation of wardamages and did not rule concerning the Hungarian goods, as e.g. the railway vehicles being in the surrounding countries. In the further part of his study the Author reports about those historical, statistical data and documents concerning the history of the railway traffic in 1945 and 1946, which have not been published yet in the Hungarian special literature, or the publishment of which was incomplete. This is the first time that the historical special literature publishes one part of the documents in connection with the not realized Marchall aid for MÁV, and some documents concerning the Soviet-Hungarian relation in connection with the railway. Seven tables and seven annexes make complete the study. Dr. Valéria Czene: "The Source Collection Of The Professional Literature Concerning Environment Protection On The Field Of Transport (selected bibliography, 1980-1991). The Author completed the source collection of the domestic and foreign professional literature concerning an - in our days important part of the transport science, i.e. the environment protection researches on the field of transport published between 1980 and 1991 and preserved in the library of the Transport Museum. The material has been arranged according to the following: books, articles of periodicals. György Lovász: Putting Into Service The MÁVAUT-AKÖV-VOLÁN Busses In The Years Of 1959-1984 And The Documents Of These Busses In The Transport Museum. The 114 register books containing the data of the MÁVAUT-AKÖV-VOLÁN busses taken over and put into service in the years 1959-1984 were deposed in the archive of the Transport Museum in 1986 and 1989. The members of the Museum carried out the computer based registration of the busses, enabling the research of the material and the identification of these methusalems of vehicles. The elaboration of data was motivated by the fact that in the recent years there was an increased demand to renew and preserve the old busses. In the further part of his study the author writes in detail about the phases of the elaboration and the data registered, which are as follows: date of putting into service, the police number, the number of underframe, the registration number and the code of the facilities of the owner. From the study of the Author we can learn that the first preserved calendars in Hungarian language were printed in the 16th century.
