7. kép: Reliefdíszes mécses a 32. számú sírból l'ig. 7: Oil lamp with relief decoration from grave no. 32 pítharó volt, hogy az egyes sírok építőanyaga homogén, egyazon műhely termékéből származott. A sírkert két sírjából a cohors VII Breucorum Antoniniana téglái kerültek elő, rajtuk kívül egy közelebbről meg nem nevezett cohors termékét is azonosíthattuk egv másik sír építőanyagában. A téglák bélyeges oldala minden esetben kifelé, illetve lefelé nézett. A felhasznált téglák az. egészen vékony, illesztési kivágással ellátott tetőcserepektől a vaskos susjbensura-téglákig igen nagy formai és méretbeli változatosságot mutatnak. A téglasírok konstrukciója ugyancsak variábilisnak bizonyult. Két háztetőformát imitáló, téglával bélelt oldalú sír (tomba alla cappuccina; mindkettő hamvasztásos) mellett kettőt lapjaira illesztett (mindkettő csontvázas), hármat pedig élével csatlakoztatott téglákból készítettek (mindhárom csontvázas). Ez utóbbi téglaládák esetében az oldalfalakat alkotó elemek hossz- és rövid oldalainak érintkezését a fedőtéglák rövid- és hosszoldalaival úgv variálták, hogy mindhárom sír a típusán belül más-más küllemet stamped sides of the bricks were always turned outside or face down. The bricks used for the graves show a great variability in shape and measurements from the very thin roofing t iles with fitting holes to the bulky suspensura bricks. The construction of the brick graves also varied. Beside two graves imitating roofs, lined with bricks on the sides (tomba alla cappuccina; both were cremation burials), two graves were built of bricks laid on their flat sides (both inhumation burials) and three from bricks laid on their thin edges (all three arc inhumation burials). The joint of the long and short sides of the elements of the side walls with the long and short sides of the roof bricks in these latter brick caskets were varied so that the three graves appeared to be different within their tvpe. Beside the seven brick graves, a brick roof was also raised over a large local cremation grave although there neither the sides nor the bottom of the shaft were lined with bricks. Similarly to real roofs, the ridge of the roof was covered with imbrices. One of the two alia
