554. szám. 349 oly törzsrészvényeket adhat, amelyeket a • fentemlített kész pénzalaptőkén felül bocsáthat ki az Eurogaseo és az U. T. között létesítendő megállapodás szerint. 4. Jogok átruházása. Az Eurogaseo bánya jogosítványai az U. T. cégbejegyzésével megszűnnek s a m. kir. pénzügyminiszter az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. 4. §-ában nyert felhatalmazás alapján az U. T.-ra egyidejűleg átruházza : először az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. alapján állami monopólium tárgyát képező ásványolaj, gáz és más ásványfélék kutatási jogát azokon a területeken, amelyek az «Egyezmény»-hez csatolt térképen I., II. és III. számmal jelölve, zöld vonallal vannak körülhatárolva és amely «Egyezmény» és térkép ezen szerződés kiegészítő részét képezik és másodszor a, fentemlített törvény alapján állami monopólium tárgyát képező ásványolaj, gáz és más ásványfélék bányaművelésének (termelés, szállítás, értékesítés stb.) jogát, az állam részére már adományozott vagy jövőben adományozandó s a fentemlített területeken levő azon területegységeken fekvő bányatelkeken, amelyeket az U. T. ezen szerződés értelmében bányaművelésre átvett vagy át fog venni, azzal a kötelezettséggel, hogy az U. T. ezeket a jogokat a bányatörvény, az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. kikötései és a jelen szerződés feltételei értelmében tartozik gyakorolni és feltéve, hogy a kutatási jogok ezeken a területeken, illetve területegységeken az «Egyezményében erre vonatkozólag foglaltak értelmében nem szálltak vissza a magyar államra» Ez az átruházás csak akkor történproject, but may, in return for the work performed by Eurogaseo, assign to it such portion of its common stock as it may issue in addition to the above mentioned cash capital and as may be determined between Eurogaseo and the N. C. 4. Transfer of Rights. The mining rights of Eurogaseo shall at the time of registration of the N. C first : the right to explore oil, gas and other bituminous minerals which are the subject of the State monopoly according to Act VI of the year One thousand nine hundred and eleven upon the territories designated as I, II, III, and marked with a green outline on the map annexed to the Agreement, which Agreement and map are integral parts of this Contract, and, second : the right of developing (producing, transporting and buying or selling etc.) oü, gas and other bituminous minerals which are the subject of the State monopoly according to the above mentioned Act on the mining leases already granted or to be granted to the State on the areal units situated on the territories mentioned above and taken over or to be taken over for development by the N. C. in accordance with this contract, with the Obligation thattheN. C. shall exercise these rights in compliance with the provisions of the Mining Law and Act VI of the year One thousand nine hundred and eleven and the conditions of the present contract, providedthat the exploratory rights on these territories resp. areal units shall not have reverted to the Hungárián State in accordance with the provisions relating thereto in the Agreement.
