A m. kir. pénzügyminiszter az Eurogasco munkájának megkönnyítése céljából az Eurogasconak szabadon hozzáférhetővé teszi a birtokában levő összes geológiai térképeket és egyéb geológiai adatokat. Az Eurogasconak jogában áll a m. kir. földtani intézettel a geológiai munkálatokbán való közreműködésre vonatkozólag a m. kir. pénzügyminiszter és a m. kir. földmívelésügyi miniszter előzetes jóváhagyásával megegyezést létesíteni. 3. Geofizikai munkálatok. Abban az esetben, ha az Eurogasco a jelen egyezmény értelmében neki átadott területeken geofizikai méréseket kíván végezni, a m. kir. pénzügyminiszter az Eurogasco kérelmére meg fogja engedni, hogy a geofizikai méréseknél (torziós mérleg) alkalmazott személyzete és az ezek által használt műszerek az öt évben megállapított kutatási időszak alatt az Eurogasco által ideiglenesen igénybe vétessenek, ha ez az állam által esetleg végzett vagy végezni szándékolt munkálatokat nem hátráltatja. Az ebből származó összes költségéket, beleértve a személyzet díjazását, az Eurogasco viseli. 4. Fúrás. AÄ Eurogasco köteles a jelen egyezmény jogerőre emelkedésétől számított második és harmadik év folyamán a jelen egyezmény tárgyát képező területeken általa szabadon választható helyeken legalább három kutatófúrást lemélyíteni. Az Eurogasco köteles továbbá legkésőbb a jelen egyezmény jogerőre emelkedésétől számított negyedik és ötödik év folyamán a jelen egyezmény tárgyát képező területeken általa szabadon választható helyeken, legalább öt további kutatófúrást úgy lemélyíteni, hogy az összes (nyolc) kutatófúrások közül három-három az I. és II. számú területeken, kettő pedig technical expert appointed by him in terms of clause 8. Geophysical Work. In the event Eurogasco desires to make geophysical measurements on the territories transferred to it according to the present agreement, the Royal Hungárián Minister of Einance will permit, if Eurogasco requests it, that his staff engaged in geophysical measurements (Torsion Balance) as well as the instruments employed by them shall be at the temporary service of Eurogasco during the investigation period of five years, if this does not impede the work which may be in progress or is being contemplated by the State. Ali expenses in this connection including the salaries of the staff shall be borne by Eurogasco. 4. Drilling. Eurogasco is obliged to begin drilling within the second and third year after the coming intő force of the present agreement on the territories which are the object of the present agreement at whatever locations they may choose at least three test-borings.
