Roi des Belges, du Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et de l'Irlande du Nord, du Gouvernement du Canada, du Gouvernement du Commonwealth d'Australie, du Gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Zélande, du Gouvernement de l'Union de l'Afrique du Sud, du Gouvernement de l'Inde, du Gouvernement, de la République Française, du Gouvernement de la République Grecque, du Gouvernement du Royaume de Hongrie, du Gouvernement de Sa Majesté le Roi d'Italie, du Gouvernement de Sa Majesté l'Empereur du Japon, du Gouvernement de la République de Pologne, du Gouvernement de la République du Portugal, du Gouvernement de Sa Majesté le Roi de Roumanie, du Gouvernement de la République Tchécoslovaque, du Gouvernement de Sa Majesté le Roi de Yougoslavie, se sont réunis à La Haye en vue de régler d'une façon complète et définitive la question des obligations financières incombant à la Hongrie en vertu du Traité de Trianon, de l'Armistice du 3 Novembre 1918 et de toutes Conventions complémentaires et d'assurer le règlement des différends d'ordre financier qui ont surgi entre la Hongrie ou les ressortissants hongrois, d'une part, et certaines Puis,sances ou leurs ressortissants, d'autre part. A cet effet, un accord a été signé à La Haye et quatre annexes ont été dûment paraphées à La Haye, le 20 Janvier 1930. A l'Annexe IÎI ancienne (Accord IV actuel), certaines Puissances ne sont pas. Parties contractantes. Il a été décidé à La Haye que la rédaction définitive de ces Accords serait confiée à un Comité qui devait siéger à Paris. A la suite des travaux de ce Comité, les textes ci-annexés élaborés en anglais et en français, les deux textes faisant également foi, ont été signés-à Paris, le 28 Avril 1930. the King of the Belgians, the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Government of Canada, the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, the Government of New Zealand, the Government of the Union of South Africa, the Government of India, the Government of the French Republic, the Government of the Greek Republic, the Government of the Kingdom of Hungary, the Government of His Majesty the King of Italy, the Government of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan, the Government of the Republic of Poland, the Government of the Republic of Portugal, the Government of His Majesty the King of Roumania, the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, the Government of His Majesty the King of Yugoslavia, met at The Hague with a view to arriving at a final and complete settlement of the question of the financial obligations incumbent on Hungary by virtue of the Treaty of Trianon, of the Armistice of the 3rd November 1918, and of any Agreements supplementary thereto and to ensure the settlement of disputes of a financial nature which have arisen between Hungary or Hungarian nationals, of the one part, and certain Powers or their nationals, of the other part. To this end an Agreement was signed and four Annexes were duly initialled at The Hague on January 20th 1930. Certain. Powers are not Contracting Parties to the former Annex III (now Agreement N°. IV). It was decided at The Hague that the final drafting of these Agreements should be entrusted to â Committee which was to sit in Paris. As the result of the labours of that Committee, the appended texts drawn up in French and in English, both texts being equally authentic, were signed in Paris on 28th April 1930.
