939. szám. M Ces Accords doivent être considérés comme liés indivisiblement et ratifiés comme tels. Le dépôt des ratifications sera effectué à Paris le plus tôt possible. Un premier procèsverb al de dépôt des ratifications sera dressé dès que les accords auront été ratifiés par la Hongrie, d'une part, par les six Puissances : France, Grande-Bretagne, Italie, Roumanie, Tchécoslovaquie, Yougoslavie et par l'une des cinq autres Puissances : Belgique, Grèce, Japon, Pologne et Portugal, d'autre part. Les Puissances dont le Gouvernement a son siège hors d'Europe auront la faculté de se borner à faire connaître au Gouvernement français par leur Représentant diplomatique à Paris que leur ratification a été donnée et dans ce cas, elles devront en transmettre l'instrument aussitôt que faire se pourra. Les accords entreront en vigueur entre les Parties contractantes, qui les auront ainsi ratifiés dès la date de ce premier procèsverb al. Sous réserve des dispositions qui précèdent, les Accords entreront en vigueur pour chaque Gouvernement signataire à la date de sa notification ou du dépôt de sa ratification. Le Gouvernement français remettra à tous les Gouvernements signataires une copie certifiée conforme des procès verbaux de notification ou de dépôt de ratification. Les présents Accords resteront déposés dans les archives du Gouvernement français qui en délivrera une copie authentique à chacun des Gouvernements signataires du Traité de Trianon. The deposit of ratifications shall be made at Paris as soon as possible. A first procès-verbal of the deposit of ratifications shall be drawn up as soon as the Agreements have been ratified by Hungary, on the one hand and, on the other hand, by the six Powers, France, Great Britain, Italy, Czechoslovakia, Jugoslavia and Roumania, and by one of the five other Powers, Belgium, Greece, Japan, Poland and Portugal. The Powers of which the seat of Government is outside Europe will be entitled to inform the French Government through their diplomatic representative at Paris that their ratification has been given j in that case, they must transmit the instrument of ratification as soon as possible. The Agreements will come into force between the Contracting Parties who have thus ratified, from and after the date of the first procès-verbal. Save as above provided, the Agreements will come into force for each Signatory Government at the date of its notification or the deposit of its ratification. The French Government will transmit to each of the Signatory Governments a certified copy of the procèsverbaux of notification or deposit of ratification. The present Agreements shall remain in the archives of the French Government which will issue an authentic copy to each of the Governments signatory to the Treaty of Trianon.
