Monsieur le Président de la Commission des Réparations Orientales, J'ai l'honneur de vous accuser réception de votre lettre ainsi conçue : «<(J'ai l'honneur de vous confirmer que vous m'avez autorisé à faire en votre nom à la Délégation hongroise la déclaration ci-après : «Il est entendu que les biens faisant l'objet des procès numéros 15, 65, 158, 159, 184, 216, 221, 226, 323, 324 avec la Tchécoslovaquie (la Roumanie et la Yougoslavie n'ont pas de procès analogues), ainsi que des procès avec la Roumanie, la Tchécoslovaquie et la Yougoslavie, touchant aux biens privés dits de l'ancienne famille souveraine d'Autriche-Hongrie, ne seront considérés en aucun cas comme faisant l'objet de procès qui tombent sous l'article I er de l'Accord II signé ce jour.» Je vous serais reconnaissant de vouloir bien m'accuser réception de la présente en vous disant d'accord.»» Je suis heureux de vous confirmer que je suis d'accord. I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your letter reading as follows : ««I have the honour to confirm that I have been authorised by you to make the following declaration to the Hungarian Delegation in your name : «It is understood that the properties forming the subject of the legal proceedings Nos. 15, 65, 158, 159, 184, 216, 221, 226, 323, 324 with Czechoslovakia (Roumania and Jugoslavia have no legal proceedings of like nature), as well as of the legal proceedings with Czechoslovakia, Jugoslavia and Roumania affecting the private properties referred to as the properties of the former Royal family of Austria-Hungary, shall in no event be considered as forming the subject of legal proceedings falling within the scope of Article I of Agreement II signed this day.» I should be much obliged if you would be good enough to acknowledge the receipt of the present letter and to signify your agreement thereto.» » I have pleasure in declaring that I agree.
