702. szám. 702. szám. Törvényjavaslat a Nemzetek Szövetsége Egyességokmánya 4., 6., 12., 13. és 15. cikkeinek módosításáról. (Előzetes tárgyalás és jelentéstétel céljából kiadatott a képviselőház külügyi bizottságának.) 1. §. A Nemzetek Szövetségének második közgyűlése által a Szövetség Egyességokmánya (az 1921. évi XXXIII. törvénycikkbe iktatott trianoni békeszerződés I. része) 4. cikkéhez és a 6. cikk utolsó bekezdéséhez 1921. évi október hó 5-én, a 12., 1$. és 15. cikkekhez pedig 1921. évi október hó 4-én elfogadott módosítások az ország törvényei közé iktattatnak., 2. §. Az 1. §-ban említett módosítások eredeti francia és angol szövege, valamint hivatalos magyar fordítása a következő : (Eredeti francia szöveg): (Eredeti angol szöveg): A Varticle 4. L'alinéa suivant sera inséré entre le deuxième et le troisième alinéa de l'article 4: „L'Assemblée fixe, à la majorité des deux tiers, les règles concernant les élections des Membres non-permanents du Conseil, et, en particulier, celles concernant la durée de leur mandat et les conditions de rééligibilité." A Varticle 6. Que le dernier paragraphe de l'article 6 du Pacte soit remplacé par le paragraphe suivant : „Les dépenses de la Société seront supportées par les Membres de la Société, dans la proportion décidée par l'Assemblée." To Article 4. The following paragraph shall be inserted between the second and third paragraphs of Article 4 : „The Assembly shall fix by a two-, thirds majority the rules dealing with the election of the non-permanent Members of the Council, and particularly such regulations as relate to their term of office and the conditions of re-eligibility." To Article 6. That the last paragraph of Article 6 of the Covenant should be replaced by the following paragraph : „The expenses of the League shall be borne by the Members of the League in the proportion decided by the Assembly."
