543. szám. 101 fényeseknek biztosított jogokat a Brit-Magyar alapítási tervezetébe fel kell venni. 5. A Brit-Magyar az alaptőke egynegyedét meghaladó függő kölcsönt a m. kir. pénzügyminiszter hozzájárulása nélkül nem vehet igénybe. A m. kir. pénzügyminiszter nem tagadhatja meg hozzájárulását, ha a függő kölcsön után fizetendő kamat nem haladja meg több mint másfél százalékkal annak a magyar banknak bankkamatlábát, amely magyar bankjegyek kibocsátására jogosult. 6. A m. kir. pénzügyminiszter az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. 4. §-ában nyert felhatalmazás alapján átruházza: először az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. alapján állami monopólium tárgyát képező ásványolaj, gáz ós más ásványolaj félék kutatási jogát azokon a területeken, amelyeken ez a kutatási jog az »Egyezmény« értelmében a Hungárián Oil Syndicate Limitedre ruházható és másodszor a fentemlített törvény alapján állami monopólium tárgyát képező ásványolaj, gáz ós ásványolaj félék bányaművelésének (termelés, szállítás ós értékesítés stb.) jogát a fent említett területeken levő azokon a geológiai egységeken, amelyeket a szindikátus bányaművelésre átvett, vagy amelyeket a Brit-Magyar ezen szerződés értelmében bányaművelésre át fog venni, az állam részére már adományozott vagy jövőben adományozandó bányatelkek területén azzal a kötelezettséggel, hogy a Brit-Magyar ezeket a jogokat a bányatörvény, az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. és a jelen szerződés értelmében tartozik gyakorolni és feltéve, hogy a kutatási jogok ezeken a területeken az »Egyezményben« érre vonatkozólag foglaltak értelmében nem szálltak vissza a magyar államra.
