102 543. szám. Ez az átruházás csak akkor történhetik meg, ha a magyar nemzetgyűlés a m. kir. pénzügyminiszternek az »Egyezmény« 1. pontjában említett jelentését tudomásul vette. Ha a nemzetgyűlés az »Egyezmény« 1. pontjában említett határidőkön belül nem veszi tudomásul a jelentést, ez a szerződés semmissé és érvénytelenné válik. A m. kir. pénzügyminiszter meg fogja engedni, hogy a Brit-Magyarra átruházandó kiaknázási jogok a bányatelekkönyvbe szabályszerűen bejegyeztessenek. A Brit-Magyar a jelen szerződés alapján reá átruházott jogokat nem ruházhatja át harmadik személyekre a m. kir. pénzügyminiszter hozzájárulása nélkül. 7. A Brit-Magyar mindaddig, amíg az egész terület amelyen a kutatási jogok ezen szerződés 6. pontja értelmében reá ruháztattak, nincs megvizsgálva, köteles lesz geológiai vizsgálatokat évenként olyan területen elvégezni, amely nem kisebb mint az a terület, amelyet Magyarország 1 : 76,000 méretű térképének egy lapja foglal magában. A Brit-Magyar ezenfelül azokon a területeken, amelyeken a kutatási jogok ezen szerződés 6. pontja értelmében reá ruháztattak, azokat a részeket, amelyeken a geológiai vizsgálatok nem nyújtanak elegendő adatot, torziós ingával fogja megvizsgálni.
