Irományszámok - 1875-122. Törvényjavaslat, az osztrák-magyar monarchia és a hawaii szigetek királysága közt kötött s Londonban 1875. évi junius 18-án aláirt barátsági, kereskedelmi és hajózási szerződésről

Jelen szerződós hatálya a megerősítő okmányok kicserélése napjától számított tíz évig tart és- ha egy év alatt ezen határidő lefolyta után a szerződő felek egyike sem jelentené ki hivatalos nyilatkozat utján a szerződés hatályának megszüntetése iránti szándékát, akkor e szerződós még egy éven át és ekként mindig tovább fenmarad és pedig azon ( tizenkét hó lejártáig, melyek e hivatalos nyilatkozatra, akármikor történt legyen az, következnek. XX. czikk. Jelen szerződós jóvá fog hagyatni és a jóváhagyási okmányok tiz hónap alatt, vagy ha lehet még előbb, Londonban fognak kicseréltetni. Ezek hiteléül a két fél meghatalmazottjai jelen szerződést aláirtak és pecsétjeikkel látták el. Kelt Londonban az Ur egyezernyolczszáz hetvenötödik évében, június hó tizennyolczadikán. Beusí, m. p. His Majesty the Emperor of Austria, King of Bohemia etc. and Apostolié King of Hungary on the one part, and His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands, on the other part being equally animated by the desire of regulating and extending the commercial relations and of promoting the facilities of navigation between Their respective States and Possessions, have resolved to conclude a Treaty for that purpose, and have named íbr Their Plenipotentiaries that is to say : ' His Imperial and Eoyal Apostolié Majesty: The Oount Frederick Ferdinánd de Beust, His Imperial and Eoyal Majesty's Chamberlain, Privy Councillor, Ambassador Extraordinary at the Court of St. James, Grand Oross r>f the Urder of St. Stephen and of that of Leopold etc, and His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands Manley Hopkins, Esq. His Hawaiian Majesty's Ohargé d'affaires and Consul General in London, a Knight Oommander of the Order of Kamehameha I. and of Isabella la Oatolica, who after having commtinicated to each other their respective Ml powers, found to be in due and proper forme, have agreed upon and coneluded the following Articles. Article I. There shall be perpetnal peace and friendship between the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands and between the Oitizens of the two Oountries, without exception of person and place. Article II. There shall be between the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands reciprocal freedom of commerce and navigation, and the Oitizens of the Austro-Hungarian Empire in the Hawaiian Islands and Hawaiians within the Empire of Austria-Hungary may enter with their vessels and cargoes intő all places, ports and rivers wtiich are or shall hereafter be open to foreign commerce with the same liberty and security as are or may be enjoyed by the natives of each country respectively, always provided, that the Police Begulations established for the preservation of peace and good order shall be duly respected.
