SZÁM; 2S9 rateably amongst his creditors; and the Consular officer shall neglect no means to seize on behalf of Creditors all the goods the said Bankrup': may possess in other conutries, and the Consular officer shall have the aid of the Siamese Authorities forthis purpose. An, in like manner, the Siamese Authorities shall adjudicate and administer the effects of Siamese subjects, who may become bankrupt, in their commercial transactions with citizens of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. ARTICLE XIV. Should á Siamese subject refuse or evade the payment of a debt to a Citizen of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, the Siamese authorities shall afford the Creditor every aid and facility, to recover all that is due to him. In like manner the Imperial and Royal Consular officer shall give every assistance (o Siamese subjects to recover debts which may be due to them by citizens of the said Monarchy. ARTICLE XV. In case of the decease of one of their iespective subjects in thedomiuion of the one or the other of the high Contracting Parties, his property shall be deíivereg unto the executor of his will, or if nőne haVe been appointed, unto the family of the deceeased or unto his partners in business. If the defunct possesses neither a famiiy nor partners in business, his prop rty shall, in the dominions öf both the High Contracting Powers be placed as far as the laws of the land permit it, under thecharge and coutrol of the respective Consular officers, in order that these may deal with it iu the custouiary manner according to the Laws and usages of their Country. ARTICLE XVI. The Imperial and Royal ships of War shall be at liberty to enter the river and anchor at Paknam, but they must infoim the Siamese Authorities of t Vu'ir intention of goír.g up to Baigkok, and have ;ui under standing with the Said Authorities concerning the place where they are to anchor. ós' minden módot kisértsen meg arra, hogy a hitelezők kielégítésére fordittassók azon vagyon is, melyet az illető vagyonbukott netán más ország" ban bir. A siami hatóságok részéről á consulnak e végr e minden kitelhető segély fog nyújtatni. Hasonlóképen a siami hatóságok azon siami alattvalók jószágát is oda itólendik és elosztandják, kik üzleti kötemeiknek az osztrák magyar birodalom alattvalói irányában eleget nem tehetnének. XIV. CZIKK. Ha siami alattvaló az osztrák-magyar birodalom valamely alattvalójának adóssága fizetését megtagadná, vagy a fizetéstől menekedni iparkodnék, a siami hatóságok a hitelezőnek minden segélyt ós támogatást nyujtandnak arra, hogy sajátjához jusson. Hasonló • képen a cs. és kir. consulsági tisztviselő is siami alattvalóknak minden kitelhető segélyt fog nyújtani arra nézve, hogy netaláni követeléseik az emiitett monarchia alattvalói ellenében behajtassanak. XV. CZIKK. Ha az egyik vagy másik magas szerződő fél alattvalója a mas k területén elhal, az elhunyt hagy atóka végrendelete vó rehajtójának, vagy ennek hiányában, az elhunyt családjának vagy üzlettársainak szolgáltatandó ki. Ha a kimultnak sem családja, sem üzlettársa nem volt, hagyatéka mindkét magas szerződő hatalom államaiban, a mennyire az ország törvényei megengedik, az illető consulatusi tisztviselők őrizetébe fog átad tni, hogy azok szokott módon országuk törvényei és szokásai szerint bánjanak el vele. XVI. CZIKK. A csász. és kir. hadihajók a folyóba befuthatnak és Paknamnál horgonyt vethetnek; ha azonban iangkokba akarnak menni, a siami hatóságokat tudósítani és azokkal a horgony helyre nézve megegyezni kitt elesek.
