Article 39. a) The Executive Committee shall consist of :— i) Three representatives of Governments of importing countries ; ii) Three representatives of Governments of cane sugar producing countries ; iii) Three representatives of Governments of beet sugar producing countries. b) The representatives of the abovementioned groups of countries shall, subject to the provisions of paragraph c) of this Article, be as follows :— i) For the importing countries the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the Government of the United States of America shall be represented for the whole period of the Agreement, and the Governments of the other countries referred to as importing countries in Article 37 shall select annually one of their number, who shall appoint the third member for this group. ii) For the cane sugar producing countries the Government of the Republic of Cuba and the Government of the Netherlands shall be represented for the whole period of the Agreement, and the Governments of the following countries shall be represented for the years indicated :— Year commencing — September 1, 1937 : The Commonwealth of Australia. September 1, 1938 : The Dominican Republic. September 1, 1939 : Peru. September 1, 1940 : The Union of South Africa. September 1, 1941 : Brazil. Hi) For the beet sugar producing countries the Governments of the following countries shall be represented for the periods indicated :— 39. szakasz, a) A Végrehajtó Bizottság áll : i) a behozatali országok kormányainak három képviselőjéből ; ii) a nádcukrot termelő országok kormányainak 3 képviselőjéből ; iii) a répacukrot termelő országok kormányainak 3 képviselőjéből. b) A fentemlített államcsoportok képviselői a jelen szakasz c) pontjában foglalt rendelkezések betartásával a következők lesznek : i) a behozatali államok részéről Nagybritannia kormánya és az Amerikai Egyesült Államok kormánya az egyezmény egész tartama alatt képviselve lesznek és a 37. §-ban behozatali országoknak megjelölt többi ország kormányai évente egyet választanak maguk közül, amely ennek a csoportnak a részére a harmadik tagot fogja kijelölni ; ii) a nádcukrot termelő országok részéről a Kubai Köztársaság kormánya és Németalföld kormánya az egyezmény egész tartama alatt képviselve lesz, az alább felsorolt országok kormányai pedig a következőkben megjelölt években lesznek képviselve : 1937. szeptember 1. napján kezdődő évben : Ausztrália, 1938. szeptember 1. napján kezdődő évben : Dominica Köztársaság, 1939. szeptember 1. napján kezdődő évben : Peru, 1940. szeptember 1. napján kezdődő évben : Délafrikai Unió, 1941. szeptember 1. napján kezdődő évben : Brazília ; iii) A répacukrot termelő országok részéről az alább felsorolt országok kormányai a következőkben megjelölt időszakokban lesznek képviselve :
