222 CCCXXVL SZÁM. tott tiz éven át hatályban marad ; és az esetben, ha tizenkét hónappal az emiitett tiz évi idő tartam lejárta előtt a két Magas Szerzödöfél közül egyik sem jelenti ki szándékát a jelen szerződés megszüntetésére: az hatályban marad egy éveíi át attól a naptól számítva, a melyen a. Magas Szerződöfelek bármelyike ily kijelentést t'-SZ. ö Brit Felsége kormányának hasonló módozatok közt arra is joga van, hogy az egyezményt a IX. czikkben emiitett gyarmatok és külbiriokokra külön-külön felmondhassa. XL czikk. A jelen szerződés meg fog erősíttetni és a megerősítésére vonatkozó okmányok, mihelyt lehetséges, Bécsben ki fognak cseréltetni. A szerződés hatályba lép tiz nappa! a Magas Szerződőfelek törvényei által megszabott alakszerűségeknek megfelelő kihirdetése után. Ennek hiteléül az illető teljhatalmazottak a jelen szerződést aláirtak és pecsétjeikkel ellátták. Kelt Bécsben, április hó 24-ik i apján, az Ur ezernyolczszáz kilenczvenharmadik évében Kálnohy s. k. H.) the ratifications, are exchanged; and in case neither of the two High Contracting Parties shall have given notice twelve menths before the expiration of the said period of ten years of their intention of terminating the present Convention, it shall remain in force until the expiration of one year from the day on which either of the High Contracting Parties shall have given such notice. Her Britannic Mayesty's Government shall also have the right to denounce the Convention, in the same manne!, on behalt of any of the Colonies or foreign Possessions mentioned in Article IX, separately. Article XI. The present Convention shall be ratified, and the ratifications shall be exchanged at Vienna as soon as possible, it shall come into effect ten days after its publication in conformity wilh the forms prescribed by the Laws of the High Contracting Parties respectively. In witness whereof, the respective Plenipotentiaries have signed this Convention, and have hereunto affixed their seals.
