Restaurálás - Konzerválás - Pál László: XVIII. századi kéziratos térkép restaurálása
2. Az anyagvizsgálatot a Magyar Nemzeti Múzeum papírrestaurátor műhelyében N. Tt- kách László segítségével végeztem. 3. A telített kalcium-hidroxidos oldatot (2gCaO/l) ülepítés után leöntve desztillált vízzel duplájára hígítottam, majd kipróbáltam, hogyan viselkednek a színezőanyagok e szer hatására. Budapest, 1980. RESTORATION OF AN 18TH CENTURY HAND-DRAWN MAP Abstracts: The author describes the restoration of a large, coloured, hand-drawn map made in 1778. During its usage and storage, the map became dirty, the creases were torn, the paper became separated from the basic-canvas, its sides were torn, and after a soaking became water-stained. Before the restoration, material and colouring-dissolvation tests were carried out. After mechanical cleaning, the painted parts were protected. Removing the original supporting canvas, the map was separated into four parts according to its original assembly. The pieces were then wet-cleancd in a fatty-alcohol-sulphate liquid. The torn and broken parts were edge-to-edge-glued together, the missing parts were completed and the whole surface was strengthened from the back side with Japanesepaper. After buffer treatment, the map was then glued onto a new supporting canvas. The aesthetical appearance of the map finally became complete by retouching.
