PREFACE

As having been related to in the preface of the issue 9/1981 of the Museological Protection of Museum Art Objects this volume is the immediate continuation of the former one.

The editing was collatesally pursued. This fact explains that there are published diploma works written during 1981, of which the greater part were disclosed in number 9.

We also carried the articles in the meantime dispatched to our institution and also some of the lectures delivered on the IX Restorers’ Conference, 1982. By publishing the list of diploma works presented since 1969 we gave the first information about the results of the full-time art restorers’ training at the special institute of the College of Fine Arts. By the way we insert, as traditionally, the partial list of grade works and theses composed during the training period of work restorers.

Because of the delay of editorial work, we contrived to enclose the text of lectures delivered at the X National Restorers’ Conference, Budapest, 1983, although this volume is numbered lo/1982.
