In particular, species of community interest are highly varied, so it is important to specify the management measures for each of these, as follows:

Lynx lynx'.

— identification and creation of a favorable areas for this species, where human interventions are reduced to the minimum possible;

— effective combating of poaching;

— avoiding the habitat fragmentation.

IUCN considers that this species will be threatened in the near future, imposing monitoring measures of the populations and specific conservation measures. Conservation measures taken so far refer to the population monitoring by personnel involved in wildlife management in Romania and annually estimation of population size. Annually, in Romania are hunted 20-30 individuals of lynx, based on individual licenses and a maximum limits set in advance by the environmental authority.

Canis lupusx- preventing poaching;- the dogs who accompanying the shepherds or forestry staff must be vaccinated against

rabies;

— limitation of forestry work/other human activities in the main areas favorable for wolf in the period of pups growth.

Lutra lutra-.- prohibition of river pollution;- prohibition of drainage systems in the upper and middle courses of rivers;

— prohibition of removing vegetation on the riverbanks.

Ursus arctos:- limitation of human activities in the area of their dens;
