NEWS FROM THE CONGREGATIONS AKRON, OHIO Our November 15th “Hungarian Bazaar” became the most successful church Bazaar in the history of our congregation. Our clear profit was over 2,100 dollars. We are very thankful for the great planning and perfect execution to our Bazaar Committee under the chairmanship of Charles Boehme and Charles Dark, to our ladies under the leadership of Mrs. Frank Race and Mrs. Mary Nagy and to our members and friends. During the last month we lost two very good church members, Mrs. Ester Mezo and Mrs. Julia Bathori. Mrs. Mezo was called by the Lord very suddenly, Mrs. Bathori after a long illness. We will keep their memories alive among us. Our minister officially visited the Allen Park-Detroit congregation on November 18th. He was very happy to see the unity and progress of our greatest congregation under the able leadership of our beloved Bishop. He visited the beautiful new mansion which will be finished and ready for occupancy within weeks. The Novotny Electrical Company will equip our Care Center with special electrical equipment, through which our residents will be able to listen in the Care Center the Sunday worship services during the time of the service in the church.
