14 MAGYAR EGYHÁZ OUR CHURCH BETHLEHEM CHURCH PURCHASES BUILDING FOR SOCIAL HALL The officers of the church signed the settlement on October 30, 1970 to purchase a three-story building at 119- 123 E. 3rd Street, Bethlehem, Pa., for $60,000. The building used to house Murphy’s 5 and 10 store. The two basement halls will be used for youth and other church group meetings and the first floor (60x140 feet) has become a social hall after an extensive remodeling. In the second floor of the building there are presently four apartments and office. TRENTON, N. J. The new Allen electric organ of our Trenton church, which was dedicated last month during a special banquet. The full price of the modern organ was over 9,600 dollars. Our Trenton congregation paid the new organ fully with individual donations. IN ACTION NEW YORK, N. Y. Our New York church celebrated the tenth anniversary of the dedication of their new church. During the anniversary celebration our faithful church members donated more than 3,700 dollars toward the mortgage payments. DETROIT, MICH. Our great Detroit church donates 60 dollars every month to help our Hungarian Reformed mission in Argentina. The Rev. Imre Szabó, the minister of the Buenos Aires Hungarian Reformed Church drives about 20,000 miles every year and serves the church members with the help of our Detroit church.
