The text for the printing blocks was prepared on the Tümed Altan qayan's bequest by his grandson Ilayuysan buyan-u erke/erketü [=*Rgyal-ba dge-ba'i dban-ldan] Bayayud bayatur narmayi/qung tayiji and âcarya guoshi Yon-tan bzan-po dge-slon, with the benediction of the latter, also called Mongyol-un Sayin erdemtü arqad, in ay'/a-monkey (ga mecin) year, 1584.
