Data about the Dolichopodidae (Diptera) of the Juniper Woodland at Bares, Hungary Mihály WEBER The present paper contains the first published data about the Dolichopodidae fauna of the Juniper Woodland at Bares, Hungary. In the course of collectings 130 males and 134 females representing 44 species were captured by 9 collectors during several years. Most of them are known as a frequent species all over Hungary. ÍTheJDolichopodidae fauna of the Hortobágy National Park is published in the recent years from Hungary, only /WEBER 1983/. Data on the fauna of the Kiskunság National Park are under printing-arrangement at present. On this account there is the possibility to make comparations between the Dolichopodidae fauna of the three areas mentioned. The results are the following: The number ofthe joint species occuring ori each area is 21 /47.7 p.c./. The'number of the joint species of the Juniper Woodland and of the Kiskunság National Park is 36 /81.8 p.c./. 22 species /50 p.c./ are occuring both in the Juniper Woodland and in the Hortobágy National Park. The number of species occuring only in the Juniper Woodland at Bares is 7 /15.9 p.c./. The Dolichopodidae fauna of the Bares Juniper Woodland is more similar to the fauna of the Kinkunság NP than to that of the Hortobágy NP.
