ZSOLT SZÉKELY PRELIMINARY REPORT OF THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESEARCHES FROM SZILÁGYPÉR (PIR, SZATMÁR COUNTY, ROUMANIA) The author present a preliminary report about the archaeological researches from the Ottomány/Füzesabony culture cemetery and settlements from Szilágypér (Pir), from 1953/1954. The cemetery from Szilágypér (Pir) had 42 graves, only one being a cremation one. Isolated graves were found inside the settlement. The grave goods are quite rich, consisting of pottery, bronzé daggers, shaft-hole axes and antler tools. 116
