He edited and wrote the column entitled Pardon... In the past years it has been suspected that Kosztolányi contributed to the daily in other ways as well. Following prior researches done by András Lengyel this study presents an anonym article in seven parts (entitled Hungarian literature and their literature) together with its context. It was published in autumn 1920 and caused considerable reactions. Present study analyses these reactions. Besides, present paper compares articles by Kosztolányi from the studied period. Thematic and linguistic similarities prove the suspicions: the anonym article-series was in fact written by Kosztolányi. Attached to the study three anonym Kosztolányi-editorials and the studied article-series are published.
