Magasság: 18,5 cm, legnagyobb szélesség: 42 cm, talp átmérő: 33 cm. Porcelánfajansz magas tüzű mázzal. A pécsi Zsolnay gyár terméke. Lelőhelye Komló, vétel útján került a gyűjteménybe, 1977-ben. A tál domború oldala felfelé kiszélesedik, széle kihajlik. Két oldalán vastag felfelé álló fül található. Az elefántcsontszínű alapon a tál mindkét oldalát, belül a tál alját kínai krizantém dekor díszíti. Jegy: ZSOLNAY, öt torony, J.T.M. Formakönyv: 901. Mosdókancsó Lsz.: 77.54. 2. Hordó alakú, széles szájú kancsó, a fenti tál tartozéka. Magasság: 28 cm, talp átmérő: 11 cm. Anyaga, színe, mintázatajegye azonos a mosdó táléval. A mosdókészlet, amely eredetileg több darabból állt, 1880 körül készült. A gyárban folyó munkának azt a változatát reprezentálja, amelyet a mindennapi szükségletek kielégítésére szántak. A 19. század végi lakások komfortja hiányos volt, a fürdőszoba még kevés helyen honosodott meg. A lakásokban a napi tisztálkodáshoz mosdóasztalokon elhelyezett lavórt, a jobb anyagi helyzetben lévők a finomkerámia ipar termékeit használták. Height: 18,5cm, greatest width: 42 cm, diameter of base: 33 cm. Porcelain faience with high temperature glaze. Product of the Zsolnay factory. Site of find: Komló. Entered the collection through purchase in 1977. The relief wall of the basin widens upwards, the edge curves outwards. There is a thick, upward-standing handle on either side. Both sides and the inner base of the ivorycoloured basin are ornamented with a Chinese chrysanthemum decoration. Maker's mark: ZSOLNAY, five towers, J.T.M. Pattern book: 901. Water jug Cat. No.: 77.54. 2. Barrel-shaped, wide-mouthed jug, accessory to the above basin. Height: 28 cm, diameter of base: 11 cm. Material, colour and pattern identical with its basin. This washing set, which originally was made up of several more pieces, was made in around 1880. It represents the work carried out in the factory to satisfy everyday needs. th century lacked many comforts, and few boasted a bathroom. Daily cleaning in homes took place with the aid of bowls placed on washstands, which the well-to-do had made for them by the fine ceramics industry.
