Wall W16, the N outer wall of two-thirds of the villa and at the same time of room L, had been erected upon wall Wla running further N. Walls Wl and W15 were built simultaneously. The small corridor, closed at the NW corner of room K, had its entrance towards room L in the W. Traces of plaster-work could be discerned on the S surface of wall W16, i.e. on the N wall of room L. The evening up of stratified deposits of ruins could be ob­served under the large slab found in the W end of room L. A layer of broken terrazzo was found under the pre­served 4th century level (and the same applies to corri­dor sections M (3/2).
